RENTAL TERMS

NEW CLIENTS
All new rental clients must follow this standard COD rental payment procedure:
- Full payment of rental is due prior to rental commencement date.
- A security deposit in the amount of the insurance deductible must also be provided.
- All rental charges incurred are subject to an 8.25% CA sales tax unless a valid CA tax exempt certificate is provided.
We accept the following methods of payment for all rental charges:
 - Cash
 - Check: must be either a certified or an official bank check
 - Traveler's Checks
 - Credit Card: We accept Visa / Master Card / American Express
All security deposits will be returned or credited after all equipment has
been fully checked for function. Any lost and/or damaged equipment will be charged accordingly.

EXISTING CLIENT
All existing clients of TwoHatCat must follow this standard rental payment
procedure:
- A security deposit in the amount of the insurance deductible must
be provided.
- All rental charges incurred are subject to an 8.25% CA sales tax
unless a valid CA tax exempt certificate is provided.
- All security deposits will be returned or credited after all equipment
has been fully checked for function by one of our technicians
- Any lost and/or damaged equipment will be charged accordingly
- Payment terms will be net 30/2% 10

Please reserve your equipment well in advance to ensure availability. We
are always available for examination and testing of equipment before
acceptance of rental. Rental prices listed are subject to change without notice. Any and all equipment returned after 10:00 am on the expected day of return will be charged for that day at the standard daily rental rate.
